DELIVERY:

Royal Mail First Class: We aim to dispatch within 3 days of receiving your funds. Your order should be with you 1-2 days after it has been despatched. If you order has not arrived after 5 working days please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you. Your parcel should just pop through your letterbox but if for any reason it won't, your postman will leave a “We’re holding an item of post for you” card. This lets you know that your parcel is being held at your local Delivery Office and includes instructions about how to arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.
